REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Overview
At Urbanmotion Sportswear, every order is manufactured specifically for you. We do not hold stock of your custom designs. Because our goods are “Made-to-Order” with your unique branding, sizing, and specifications, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Please read the details below to understand when a refund or replacement is applicable.
2. No “Change of Mind” Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if:
* You simply change your mind after the order is confirmed.
* You decided you no longer need the inventory.
* You provided incorrect size charts or spelling errors in your design files.
All sales on custom-manufactured goods are final.
3. Manufacturer Defects (When We Take Responsibility)
We stand behind our quality 100%. If Urbanmotion Sportswear makes an error, we will fix it. You are eligible for a Free Replacement or Partial Credit if:
* Wrong Items: You received a different product or design than what was approved in the mockup/sample.
* Major Defects: The items have severe manufacturing faults (e.g., large stains, ripped fabric, non-functional zippers).
* Wrong Sizing: The finished measurements differ from your provided size chart by more than the allowed industry tolerance (see Section 5).
4. How to Report an Issue
If you find a defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
1. Email us at [INSERT EMAIL] or contact via WhatsApp.
2. Provide Photos: Send clear photos showing the defect and a photo of the item with a measuring tape (if it is a sizing issue).
3. Resolution: If the defect is verified, we will either:
* Remake the affected items immediately and ship them to you at our expense.
* Refund the value of the defective items.
* Issue a Credit for your next order (B2B Standard).
Note: You generally do not need to ship the defective goods back to Pakistan unless we specifically request it for inspection.
5. Size & Color Tolerance
* Sizing: In manual textile manufacturing, a tolerance of ±0.5 to 1 inch (1-2.5 cm) is industry standard. Items falling within this range are not considered defective.
* Color: Digital screen colors (RGB) look different than real fabric colors (CMYK/Pantone). Slight shade variations between your screen and the physical product are normal and not eligible for a refund.
6. Order Cancellation
* Before Production: If you cancel before fabric is cut, we will refund your deposit minus a small administrative fee.
* During Production: If you cancel after fabric has been cut or dyed, the 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover the cost of materials and labor used up to that point.
