We are flexible to help new brands grow.
* Standard Orders: Our typical MOQ is 30 to 50 pieces per design (mix of sizes).
* Sample Orders: You can order 1 piece as a sample prototype to check quality before bulk production.

Yes. We highly recommend making a sample first. This ensures the sizing, fabric, and logo placement are exactly what you want.
* Note: Sample costs are higher than bulk unit prices due to setup times, but this cost is often adjustable on your bulk invoice.

Yes. We are a fully custom manufacturer. We make the product with your brand’s neck tags, hang tags, and packaging. We do not put our “Urbanmotion” branding on your products.
SHIPPING & TIMELINES

* Samples: 1–2 weeks.
* Bulk Orders: 3–4 weeks (depending on order quantity and complexity).
* Rush orders are available upon request.

Yes. We ship worldwide from Sialkot, Pakistan. Our main markets are the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia. We use reliable couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS to deliver directly to your doorstep.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and are paid by the client. Any import duties or customs taxes charged by your country’s government are the responsibility of the buyer.
PAYMENT & POLICIES

For most orders, we require a 50% Advance Deposit to start production (purchasing fabric and cutting). The remaining 50% Balance is due when the goods are finished and ready to ship.

We accept International Bank Transfer (T/T), Western Union, Remitly, and other standard international transfer services.

We stand by our quality. If we make a manufacturing error (e.g., wrong size sent, defect in fabric), we will replace the item or refund the value. Please see our [Refund Policy] page for full details.
