1. Introduction
Welcome to Urbanmotion Sportswear. By placing an order with us (via email, WhatsApp, or our website), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before authorizing any production.
2. Custom Manufacturing & Orders
* Tech Packs: Clients are responsible for providing clear “Tech Packs” or design files. Urbanmotion Sportswear follows the specifications provided by the client. We are not responsible for design errors (e.g., spelling mistakes or wrong color codes) contained in the files you send us.
* Order Confirmation: An order is considered “Confirmed” only after the deposit payment is received.
* Changes: Once production has started (fabric cutting), no changes can be made to the design, sizing, or quantity. Any changes requested after this stage may incur extra costs.
3. Samples & Prototypes
* Sample Fee: We charge a fee for producing pre-production samples to cover fabric, labor, and pattern making.
* Shipping: Shipping costs for samples are paid by the client.
* Adjustment: In many cases, the sample fee (excluding shipping) may be adjusted or deducted from the final invoice if a bulk order of 50+ pieces is placed immediately after.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms are:
* Deposit: A non-refundable 50% Advance Deposit is required to purchase materials and begin production.
* Balance: The remaining 50% Balance (plus shipping costs) must be paid before the goods leave our factory.
* Methods: We accept payments via International Bank Transfer (T/T), Western Union, or other agreed channels.
* Currency: All prices are quoted in USD ($), GBP (£), or EUR (€) as agreed on the invoice.
5. Production Time (Lead Time)
* Estimates: Turnaround times given are estimates based on our current factory capacity (e.g., 3-4 weeks).
* Delays: While we strive to meet all deadlines, Urbanmotion Sportswear is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as fabric shortages, courier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.
6. Shipping & Duties
* Incoterms: Unless agreed otherwise, all shipments are DAP (Delivered at Place) or FOB Sialkot.
* Customs Duties: The client (buyer) is strictly responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by their country’s government upon arrival. We do not control these charges.
7. Returns & Refunds Policy
Important: As we are a custom manufacturer, we do not stock inventory. Every item is made specifically for you.
* No “Change of Mind”: We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the goods.
* Defects: If you receive items with clear manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong size sent, major fabric tear, wrong logo), you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment with photographic evidence.
* Resolution: For verified defects, we will either remake the affected items free of charge or provide a credit/discount on your next order.
8. Sizing & Tolerances
* Measurements: We follow the size charts approved by the client.
* Tolerance: In textile manufacturing, a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 to 1 inch is considered industry standard and is not considered a defect.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Pakistan.
